The Roanoke Rapids Police Department Thursday night received a report from a family member they had not seen or had contact with Lamar Isiah Fleming since April 14.
Roanoke Rapids Police Chief Chuck Hasty said the family made the report around 8 p.m.
No photos of Fleming, 25, were immediately available, Hasty said, and the family member was not able to give a clothing description. There was no information on a direction of travel or mode of transportation.
It is known that Fleming, a black male, who stands 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs between 120- to 140-pounds, frequents the Meadowbrook and Oak Street areas.
