A man wanted for jewelry theft and fraud turned himself in earlier today and made restitution to the victim.
Investigator B.L. Martin of the Roanoke Rapids Police Department said Donald Brock told him he saw his photo on rrspin.com and decided to surrender to law enforcement.
Martin said the victim was satisfied with the restitution and will not press charges.
