KapStone Kraft Paper Corporation recently announced the promotion of John Felts and Danny Harris to process control engineers with the Operations Services Team.
Felts began his career at the Roanoke Rapids Mill in the Maintenance Department in 1995.
Prior to his promotion, he was the E&I Lead Person.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Saint Paul’s College and an associate’s degree in instrumentation technology from Halifax Community College.
He and his wife, Christine, reside in Roanoke Rapids. They have four daughters, Jennifer, Tina, Rebecca and Jessica.
Harris joined the Roanoke Rapids mill team in 1982 on the callboard.
He began his career in the Maintenance Department in 1987.
He most recently served as the utilities E&I Lead Person.
He and his wife, Rose, reside in Roanoke Rapids. They have one son, Daniel.
