Four defendants in the Operation Rockfish police corruption case entered guilty pleas before United States Magistrate Judge Kimberly Swank today, federal court records show.
Court records do not indicate what the extent of their sentences will be, but minute entries do confirm the pleas taken at their arraignment today.
Dailey will plead guilty to one count lodged against her and have four other counts against her dismissed.
Phillips will plead guilty to one count and have seven counts against him dropped.
Sue-Kam-Ling will plead guilty to one count and have seven counts against her dropped.
Pierce will plead guilty to one count and have five counts against her dismissed.
This makes a total of five of the so-called Rockfish 15 who have taken pleas in the case since their initial indictments in April.
Wardie Vincent Jr. was the first to take a plea, doing so in August.
Court records show Vincent intends to plead guilty on counts one and two which are counts involving conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances and use of a firearm in relation to drug trafficking.
Eleven other counts will be dismissed at his sentencing scheduled for Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Greenville.
