Yesteryear Saturday voluntarily surrendered its beer and mixed beverages permits to state Alcohol Law Enforcement.
The move effectively shuts down the Becker Drive lounge, although it could still serve food and non-alcoholic drinks, said ALE Special Agent in Charge Eric Swain.
Swain said the surrender of the permits was an effort by the owner to be a good steward in the community in the wake of a shooting early Saturday morning in which three people were injured.
Police continue to investigate the shooting.
The establishment was closed Saturday night.
