A Littleton man reportedly fired at a domestic victim's child during an argument Saturday night.
Major Scott Hall of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said this afternoon the child was not injured and there is evidence to support the charges filed against Terrence Terall Faulcon, 37.
Hall said in a statement Lieutenant Randy Keeton responded to Bacon Road around 11:30 p.m. after receiving a domestic call.
The report indicated Faulcon fired a gun at the victim's child during the argument.
Keeton and Trooper C.C. Gall of the state Highway Patrol arrived and detained Faulcon, who, after an investigation, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill; two counts of assault by pointing a gun and assault on a female.
He received a $20,000 secured bond and March 23 court date.
Hall said the victim was reportedly physically assaulted but is doing OK. The firearm was located and collected as evidence.
