A third person is wanted in the February 1 armed robbery of a victim riding a hover board.
The crime was initially reported in the Roanoke Rapids police blotter and occurred around 9:45 p.m. It is posted in the February 1 heading.

Lieutenant Charles Vaught said warrants have been taken out for the arrest of Romande Parker, 21, on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of stolen goods.
The victim reported while riding a hover board they were approached by several people who demanded the board and then demanded it at gun point when the victim did not comply.
Sejuan Dajour Pitt, 18, and Devin Rashod Johnson, 17, were both arrested the evening of the robbery.
