The Northampton County Sheriff's Office Friday responded to Boyd Ivey Road in Jackson about possible prowlers at the residence.
Deputy Michael Sledge responded to the residence, but the prowlers had left the area, Captain Chuck Hasty said.
The caller told Sledge there were two people in the yard walking around and that they left on a red car. Sledge was unable to locate the subjects.
The sheriff's office is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the people from the surveillance photos by calling Investigator Courtney Williams at 252-534-2611.
They may be tied to other crimes in the county.
