The Halifax County Sheriff's Office has set its line-up for Thursday's Gang Summit at the American Legion building in Roanoke Rapids.
They will include representatives from the sheriff's office, the Eastern District of the United States Attorney's Office, the North Carolina Gang Investigators Association, the state Department of Public Safety and the Rocky Mount Police Department Gang Unit. These organizations will all have presentations, Sheriff Wes Tripp said in a statement.
The summit begins at 7 p.m. The American Legion building is located at 717 American Legion Road.
