A man wanted for failing to do work after being paid was arrested without incident earlier this evening.
Detective Obert Wiltsie of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office said Scott Ryan Gordon was picked up at his residence on Thelma Road around 5 p.m.
He received a $1,000 bond and has a January 29 court date.
