A shooting occurred around 12:30 a,m. today on Bacon Road in the Littleton area.
The victim was treated and released early this morning, according to Halifax County Sheriff Wes Tripp.
The sheriff said no further details were available this evening and anyone with information is encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
