The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the individuals in the photo below who are wanted in a credit card fraud case.
According to a statement by Investigator Chris Babb, the couple used a stolen credit card to buy multiple gift cards at Walmart.
The amount of gift cards purchased was not immediately clear.
